On February 2nd 2010 Apple released the 3.1.3 version (7E18) of the iPhoneOS.

 

There is no solution to unlock iPhone 3G(S) 3.1.3 at the moment so do not update. Only iPhones with baseband 04.26.08 and 05.11.07 baseband can be Unlocked.

 

If you have iPhone 2G first generation and accidentally upgraded to FW 3.1.3 there is no need to worry as it can be Unlocked.
